1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unopened: The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or exchange, regardless of whether the product is opened or not.
- Instrument & Accessories: Items such as musical instruments, sheet music, accessories, and electronics must not have been altered, used, or damaged.
Non-returnable Items:
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been opened or used (e.g., earphones, microphones, or music software).
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@shopbinaa.com or call (978) 425-5370 within 30 days of receiving your product. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return (if applicable)
- Photos of the product (if the product is damaged or defective)
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will assist you and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to your card. PayPal payments will be refunded back to your PayPal account.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
